One could, with some stretching and phiLOLZifying, make a case that both of these men elevated stealing to an art form in his own right. One is admired, the other reviled. Austin Kleon has a thought-instigating piece on stealing like an artist. It says nothing of bank robbers, murderers nor of stealing as an art, as far as I can remember, but if you try to squeeze these images I made into that mindset with Bob and John’s respective histories, well… get comfortable, pour yourself a drink (they would have) and think yourself into a nice story.
